Designed and managed a 12-month development program for the non-executive leadership group that was responsible for day-to-day growth and operations of the business. Over an 18-month period, the program resulted in significant reduction in stalled or failed projects and increased the team’s ability to consistently meet budget, quarter over quarter, for the first time in over 4 years.
